NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Soksiden" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

The apartment is located in a historic house from 1865 with a large garden close to the fjord and views to Trondheim city. The city center is just a short bus ride away (10 min) and the city mark is easily accessible just above the house. Quiet surroundings. One double bed and one single bed, room for 3 people. Simple and peaceful accommodation in a central location. 5 min walk to City Lade, grocery just outside and short way to train station ( train from Værnes stops here). Metro bus with departure every 10 minutes is just outside the door. The barn trail and beautiful Korsvika are also in the area, in addition to THE SEA arena where they have swimming area and sauna available for drop-in. EC-Dahl's arena is also just across the road.

Cozy loft condo close to Trondheims city center. About 10 min walk from Solsiden. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a small toilet room. Separate bedroom with dbl bed. A dbl sleeping coach in the living room provides a 4 bed option. Main entrance is shared with the housekeeper. Access to own balcony. Free parking space for 1 car. There is no elevator in the building.

Small house - great seaview - close to the city

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location in Trondheim. The apartment is located at Møllenberg, a unique and charming wooden house area with buildings from the late 1800s. Short distance to shops, bakery and cafe/restaurants. Only 20 min walk to the city center. The apartment is not big, but you have what you need for shorter or longer stays.
