Beautiful and spacious 2 rooms completely tastefully renovated, new and equipped, close to the sea, behind the hotel Negresco. It is close to shops, restaurants, 5 min from the pedestrian area, cinema, bus. The train station is 15 min walk and the airport is 20 min by bus. A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!
