Appartement luxueux et confortable du Carré d'or niçois proche des plages.

Son aménagement à la fois sobre et élégant a été pensé pour refléter le soleil azuréen dans un esprit de bien-être et de détente. Magnifique 3pieces (2 chambres) complètement neuf dans un style design et luxueux Spacieux salon disposant d'une cuisine ouverte toute équipée (four, micro-ondes,lave linge séchant, frigidaire , lave vaisselle , hotte et plaque) entièrement neuve.... Une grande chambre( lit de 160 cms) munie d'un très grand dressing et d'une tv a écran plat 102 cms. une plus petite chambre (lit de 140 cms) avec tv écran plat de 82cms... Les deux chambres donnent sur un jardin intérieur luxuriant. Une salle de bains entièrement neuve disposant d'un meuble double vasque et d'une très grande douche( 150X90 cms) complètent cette offre ... l'apartement est équipée d'une porte blindée et d'un coffre pour votre entière sécurité... -Connection WIFI tres haut debit(Fibre).... Je serai à votre disposition pour répondre à toutes demandes et conseils par sms ou whatsapp.... L'appartement est situé au cœur de Nice, dans le Carré d'or, à quelques minutes à pied des plages de la promenade des Anglais et du centre-ville. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. Flat with lift for 4 people including 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto this beautiful terrace overlooking the Nice skyline with its designer lounge and fully equipped kitchen.
