Comfy place to stay in Niagara Falls NY

We are offering a newly remodel apartment in the lower level of our home with a set of stairs to the basement. Keyless entry allows check in anytime. The entrance hall is a shared space with the two apartments. Bedrooms are 1 large room separated by a heavy curtain. If you only give 4 stars in your reviews regardless of quality please do not book with us as we work very hard to keep our superhost status which requires atleast 4.8 ratings. Please ask any questions you have before booking.

1 km from the top of Clifton Hill this clean newly renovated space is a great base from which enjoy Niagara Falls. This reasonably priced, non smoking basement apartment is NOT suitable for loud entertaining or parties. Although we do strictly screen our guests this apartment is below another Airbnb and being in an older home noise can travel, white noise machine supplied for your comfort. Not suited to light sleepers or young children. Separate entrance, no shared space. Located in ON Canada.

Perfect location, very close to all attractions (all main attractions within 10-20 mins walk), its located in a very quiet neighborhood. My property provides free WIFI, free stream TV and free Netflix. The main theme of my house is: families, friends can relax and bond in the sunroom, porch and sunny private deck.
