Next to the building is the center of the square, take a few steps about 20m to the beautiful beach. 3. Next to the building is the night market, where shopping is crowded at night, where there are full of eateries, restaurants, bars, the busiest services in Nha Trang city. 4. On the rooftop 40 there is an infinity pool and an outdoor bar with many very attractive entertainment.

The house is 7km from the city center, suitable for families, couples with transportation because it is quite difficult to move by public transport. The experience is really local and suitable for long stay. There will be no utilities like regular housekeeping or smart locks. The orchard is usable however needs to be cleaned up and watered daily by yourself. The house is close to the railroad tracks and a bit difficult to find the way so consider if you don't tolerate the noise and just want to stay in touristy places with many utilities.
