Enjoy coffee on the terrace a few meters above the ground, unhurried mornings in a building where you will surely not miss anything. Our second building is nearby, but don't worry about losing privacy, the cottage is oriented so that guests meet at most in a common parking lot.

Direct connections to Bratislava, Vienna and Prague. On the corner of the building is grocery store COOP Jednota. Main pedestrian street Národná with lot of budget meals is 3 minutes on foot, it leads to Mirage Shoping Center with McDonald's, shops and cinema. Transport hub makes it easy to visit attractions. Paid parking available.

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 30€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.
