Custom countertops with stainless appliances for a high end experience. Master bedroom has a queen foam mattress, bunk room has two twin foam mattresses. Overhead loft has a King foam mattress topper on the floor. The living area sofa has a pullout full mattress. Sleeps 8 total. New Heat/AC pump for comfort.

We're also on the 4 Season Rail Trail; great for hiking, biking, or ATV riding. Close (1 +- mile) to stores and restaurants. We're also close enough to almost anywhere in the state of Maine for day trips. Travel to the ocean, Acadia National Park, Moosehead Lake Area, Baxter State Park and more. Lakefront cottage on 47 acre Tracy pond. The pond has no public access so it is quiet with only my home and another Air BnB on site. You share the backyard with my home. Loons, eagle, deer, otter and beaver are around. It has a fully equipped kitchen, deck and gas grill along with a stone firepit. Minutes to Bangor airport and downtown and one hour to Acadia National Park. You can swim and boat on the pond with kayaks and a canoe provided. Pets welcome but keep on leash and clean up after.

Your own private dock and small beach area Plenty of parking for your Utv or snowmobiles The Rail Trail is at the end of our driveway WiFi BBQ grill Washer and dryer Full-size fridge with freezer Picnic table Kayaks There is no stove to cook on inside, I am trying to avoid food smells inside. There is a new gas grill with side burner for outside cooking

Located on Pleasant Lake, 20 miles west of Bangor, our 4-season, comfortable lakefront camp is the perfect getaway for your family or group. The house comfortably sleeps 6, but we also accommodate up to 8 total guests, plus your pup(s)! Enjoy kayaking and swimming in the lake in the summer, and ice fishing in the winter. You'll have a private dock if you choose to bring your boat and plenty of parking. We also provide lightning fast WiFi via Starlink, which is rare for the area!

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.
