Very quaint second floor apartment above the carriage house of a second empire style home in the heritage district of St. John's. Right across the street from Bannerman Park, and walking distance to downtown, a local bakery, coffee shop and ice cream parlor. Substantially renovated in February of 2022, the apartment provides the best of both worlds, it is close to all the action, but is also in a lovely neighborhood and the apartment itself is very private and comfortable.
