We're proud to have been designated AirBnb CT's New Host of the Year for 2021! Come visit our cozy 1st floor BR w/ HD TV, sound bar, WIFI, small desk & mini-fridge. A connected spa-like private bath features an oversized shower & claw foot soaking tub. It's an ideal retreat for writers, artists, & nature lovers. While kitchen and common areas of our home aren't shared, seasonal outdoor spaces are. We're known for our great morning coffee. Come stay with us and see! We welcome guests 21 and over.

Maritime Neighborhood Family/Pet Friendly

Quaint historic neighborhood, family and pet friendly. We do charge $20 fee for pet guests. We are located 1.5 blocks to Quinnipiac River canoe launch, walk to park/ dog walking areas. The original house was built around 1840 and gives off an urban farm/green space vibe. New floors in bedroom/dining area and bathroom provide modern luxury. Windows on the east, south and west walls let in plenty of light. Minutes to I-95, I-91, and Union Station. We charge $20 pet fee!
