A cozy apartment in a quiet area close to the borders of the Czech Republic and Austria (tripoint). A very nice location in both summer and winter. In summer, it is a hiking area and has beautiful cycling routes. There are beautiful cities to visit, a beautiful nature park, and there is an amusement park nearby. In winter, it is very suitable for winter sports, within 20 minutes a large ski area (h 1338 mtr). Supermarket at 150 mtr. and a restaurant around the corner. Also WiFi, for social media and emails.

Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.
