Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Organic farm with sauna & fitness

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

There is always something special at the large table or on the terrace in the circle of the big family, with another family of friends, or with their own friends to cook, grill, party, laugh. The approx. 150 year old house is within walking distance of the High Wall, ideal for climbing, hiking... Soon you can reach the snow mountain either by train or car. The house sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a lovely garden, Swedish stove, a well equipped kitchen, a big dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach requires a tourist tax of €2.80 per person/night to be paid on-site.

If you need a break from everyday live and wanna come back to nature, then this hut is perfect. Keth’s trailer in the nature, is hand made by Stefan. It has two double beds, a wood oven there can heat the hut up, there is a dry toilet and cold water from our own source (not in the winter.) there is electricity in it. There is a little stream nearby where you can find the fireplace.
