Langham House sits at the foot of the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds designated as an area of natural beauty. The cottage has 2 acres of land surrounding it for relaxation, wildlife watching, games and sports, stargazing or simply relaxing. There is car parking for several cars. The cottage has a large dining kitchen, utility room, cosy sitting room with wood burner and 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people. There is 1 bathroom with large shower. Outside you will find ample seating and large BBQ.

Relax in this calm, stylish cottage in the heart of historic Caistor. Take advantage of its location, for great walking and biking in the Lincolnshire Wolds, or just doing nothing ! There are lots of country pubs, including the White Hart on your doorstep to enjoy pub grub and a great Sunday lunch. You could easily reach Lincoln or Skegness for a Day trip and York is also only a 'good hour' away. It is an undiscovered corner of Britain, come and explore this quiet beautiful county.

A charming, fully furnished one bedroom detached cottage set in the grounds of a Grade II listed house on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Ashby cum Fenby. A walk away from Hall Farm Restaurant and a great location for work or walking and cycling around the Wolds. The cottage is a quick commute to Cleethorpes, Grimsby and the South Bank and close to shops, pubs and other amenities in Waltham. Linen, towels and wifi included. A perfect bolthole for professionals.

New for 2021 we have our converted shipping container lodge. Perfect for this years holiday as it is completely self contained in the middle of fields. This is a 4 person lodge, (suitable for 2 adults and small 2 children as the sofa bed is small double bed) benefiting from its own open plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom and double bedroom. Also own hot tub. Please note the garden of the lodge backs straight onto horses fields which there may be horses in during your stay
