In the front row to observe the wildlife of the garden, the river, and to take a good bath of greenery!! 70 m2 cottage, terrace opens onto a large wooded and flowery property, detached house, not overlooked. Large 20 m2 living room, bay window, equipped kitchen, master bedroom upstairs and small bedroom, hut type. Ideally located, very quiet, 5 min walk to the city center, 3 km to the sea. The exterior is being refreshed but you will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture. You will have a 160 x 200 bed and a second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190).
