Mountain House

House full sea view 200 meters from the beach The house is ideally located, very quiet and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs, 4 steps from the dining area to the lounge, and bedrooms/ bathrooms on the lower floor. Access between the parking lot and the house is a pedestrian path in good condition not suitable for a person with limited mobility (about 50 meters). You can't park outside the door, you have to go through these 50 meters to access the entrance door of the house.

This fantastic villa is located in the hillside in a National Park, in Costa Calida - 7 minutes walk down to to the fantastic beaches It has an amazing view overlooking the beaches, the town, the mountains and the sea. The Villa has everything you could ask with 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, swimming, pool, terraces , outside & indoor kitchens, boule court, laundry++ Supermarkets and plenty of bars and restaurants are close by -or in Puerto de Mazarron 10 min away. A place to enjoy.

This house offers an ideal place to spend a beautiful holiday between the leisure of a dynamic and lively city, and the wonders of the surrounding nature. You will enjoy the beautiful swimming pool (from May to September) overlooking the beautiful typical Cehegín roofs. Beautiful Andalusian Villa with Waterpark styled Outdoor shower and swimming pool. Relax Outdoor furniture, BBQ and 17 ha of outdoor space to roam. The villa is located at the hillside of La Muela Grande and adjacent Sierra de Maria y Los Velez Natural Park with the best views of the valley. The house has Wi-Fi, huge Kitchen and fenced outdoor space for pets if needed. It has great shared Areas and 7 comfortable rooms with private bathroom.

Spacious child-friendly family home with pool

The house is a fully renovated farm located in the midst of nature with a wonderful view on the Sierra Espuña and the banks of the Rio Pliego. The house is very child-friendly, and both the area and the pool are completely enclosed so that children can play safely in the garden. To avoid any misunderstanding, we charge an extra €20 per guest per night if there are more than 12 guests.
