It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Monasteria offers: main house, garden and Lemon House- separate smaller guest house in the garden. Main home has two bedrooms: double bedroom and single bedroom, bathroom, open plan kitchen with lounge and dining area, roof terrace. Casa Limone: offers twin bedroom, bathroom and roof terrace. Decor is kept in Moorish style.

This could cause some noise disturbance during daytime hours (especially on weekdays) until mid-June. The apartment is in a great location; you can get to both the beach and the Balcón de Europa in a few minutes on foot. It has independent entrance directly on the street without stairs or portals. The area has several of Nerja's iconic restaurants.
