This renovated 70s building has a private pool and enclosed garden for optimal comfort in complete independence. Close to a departmental road, the house is located in a suburban subdivision at the exit of Nérac, easy to access and close to all amenities (2 min walk). It's the perfect base from which to visit the South West!

Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14 meter swimming pool with heated massage waterfall from early May to end of October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. For a stop, a break, check yourself out in this unique and tranquil home. Consisting of a bedroom with desk and seating area, a living room with a sofa bed and equipped kitchen. WC and private bathroom. Possibility to access the pool in the summer, in the heart of the countryside. Breakfast possible by reservation and depending on availability. ( bread, 1 baked goods per person, a hot drink, a fruit juice, homemade jam) €9 per person.

Our cottage is a warm 100 m2 house, at the beginning of the department 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent , simply decorated but to our liking. We live right next door, which allows you to be available quickly upon request and to intervene in case of any problems or organized gatherings.
