The house consists of an equipped kitchen with air conditioning on the ground floor, open to the dining room and a living room with fireplace. The 1st floor offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2nd floor includes a double bedroom, a bedroom (sleeps 3) and a bathroom. Outside: terrace, garden furniture, petanque court, 8 x 4 m private pool and foosball.
