Wonderful living in the old town of Ulm in the popular residential area "Auf dem Kreuz" with balcony and free underground parking! With this gem, all important points of contact and public transport are very close by - in the middle of the city and yet fantastically beautiful and quiet (traffic-calmed), shopping, Danube, beautiful historical surroundings …! From the underground parking space, it is a few steps by elevator to the apartment with balcony balcony, on the second floor.

Vacation home in Gerstetten

Our bright spacious apartment on the 1st floor offers plenty of space for a trip with friends as well as for the whole family. You are also welcome to installers. Two bedrooms, each with double bed & a living room with large, pull-out sofa, can accommodate up to 6 people. In Gerstettens probably the smallest kitchen with a stove & oven, you can cook something delicious or make a cup of tea. Amenities also include a bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry is available on request.

Sit back and relax - in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The view through the garden into the fields is immediately grounding. The small, newly furnished first floor apartment with terrace is a place of retreat and inspiration. The University Hospital and the lecture halls of the University of Ulm can be reached by car in 10 minutes and by bus in 45 minutes with or without transfer. Restaurants are on site and the city center (5 km) can also be reached by e-bike.

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, pots, etc.) The apartment is located approx. 15 minutes by car from Ulm main station and downtown. A8 & A7 are in approx. 10-15 minutes, while the university in Geislingen/Steige and the University of Ulm are 15 minutes away by car.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

Modern apartment with panoramic views

The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast cafe is right in front of the house. You can drive to Ulm and the science city in 15 minutes by car, and 15 minutes to Legoland. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a Panoramic view over the Swabian Alb. Our "glüXnest" is located on the outskirts of a small village on the edge of the Swabian Alb. The proximity to nature brings you relaxation & joy. Whether with family or friends - enjoy a break in the "glüXnest"! The large garden and pool invite you to relax. For wellness in the evening or on a rainy day, you can optionally book our sauna. Quiet apartment with its own entrance and parking space

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen is also 20-25 minutes away. Ulm is 15 km away and there are many opportunities to pass the time. If you want more in nature, you can see the ice cream caves in the Lonetal and Achtal. A parking space is right at the property. In the village, it has a baker and butcher. Other options are about 6 km away.
