Located in a unique forest, with + 30 years old, very low occupancy factors were determined to protect the scale and rural setting of the place. You have access to the use of two tennis courts, soccer field, pool with solarium and SUM garden and changing rooms. Just 100 meters from the entrance you have access to the beach and it overlooks the "Necochea Golf Club"

Excellent apartment 50m from the sea. Fully equipped. Heating by water radiators, cold/heat split. Full kitchen. Heated pool closed, opens in summer. The best location all year round. Shopping area, gastronomy and main promenades.
