Step outside and enjoy stunning walks, superb bike rides or peaceful fishing directly from this lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the beautiful Rhondda Valley, without even getting in the car. Bike Park Wales and the Brecon Beacons are also just a short drive away making the house an ideal base for anyone wanting to explore all that the area has to offer. Bike storage and bike washing facilities available. Parking for 3 cars. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional £20 pet fee per dog.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. 7 Arches holiday accommodation was completely refurbished in July 2019. Benefits from stunning views over the Afan Valley and located on the Afan Forest Park's low level cycle route 'Y Rheilffordd' (railway in welsh) which runs along the base of the valley. This is a great trail for families with picnic and refreshment stops along the 36km trail. 'Y Rheilffordd' gives easy access to 6 world class trails as well as Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Visitor Centre and Afan Bike Park.

An historic fully refurbished character barn attached to our traditional Welsh Long House home. Having a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed accessing it via a beautiful spiral staircase. Downstairs is an open plan lounge kitchen dinner with a wood burning stove and a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen is well appointed including electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a wine cooler. Large windows are at the front and back of the property with the most stunning views.

A stone throw away from the local historic town of Neath, where you can explore the area or catch the train to the City of Cardiff in just 35 minutes. Nearest beach is a mere 8 miles away :-)
