It is a two floor apartment (ground floor-first floor).The house consists of two bedrooms and in every bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. It also has a child's bed. In the living room there is an open single bed (if necessary), fully equipped kitchen (microwave,oven,fridge), it has one bathroom and one WC, washing machine, iron, and also A/C, fast internet connection,satellite TV for each country,a garden, BBQ.

Βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση- 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια- από τη θάλασσα σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή μέσα σε δέντρα και φύση.Η Ασπροβάλτα για βραδινές βόλτες απέχει 10 λεπτά ενώ οι ακτές της Καβάλας μόλις 15 λεπτά.
