Hier wohnt ihr in der ersten je in Giardini-Naxos erbauten und im Jahr 2024 sanierten *Luxusvilla Vittorianna*. Der Erbauer dieser Villa war in den 60er bis in die 90er Jahre ein äußerst erfolgreicher Großgrundbesitzer, der es bereits damals verstand, weltweit seine landwirtschaftlichen Produkte zu vermarkten. Diese prächtige Villa mit großem Anwesen liegt in der besten Lage mit direkten Blick über die Bucht, den Ätna, das Festland und das griechische Theater von Taormina. Einfach Traumhaft.

Pretty panoramic villa, consisting of 2 small apartments in an exclusive setting, ideal for moments of relaxation immersed in nature and away from traffic but a short walk from the centre! THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE

Horse House si trova nella città di Ragalna a 800mt s.l.m. a pochi chilometri dal Parco dell’Etna, posizione strategica per le escursioni sul vulcano, panorami mozzafiato e per raggiungere il mare a Catania(20km), Siracusa e Taormina a solo un ora di viaggio in auto. Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.

The villa is located at the foot of Mount Etna, but also a few km from the sea, Taormina and Giargini Naxos. My apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). The location is very strategic, due to its proximity to many tourist resorts. You will find yourself just 6 km from the beaches of Fiumefreddo, 20 km from Taormina, 20 km from the Alcantara Gorges, 5 km from Linguaglossa where there are ski resorts and 40 km from Catania.

This luxury villa is located in the best area of Taormina's historic center. The roof terrace offers spectacular views of Mount Etna and the historic center. Corso Umberto, all the sights and the best restaurants in Taormina are in immediate proximity (a 1-5 minute walk). Parking at the fee is close by (200m away). The gondola to Mazzerò beach is only a 4-minute walk away. My villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby.

Totally renovated Sicilian-style house. Seafront. A private passage (in front of the gate on the street) allows direct access to the Scardamiano promenade of Aci Castello. The center of Aci trezza is a 5-minute walk. Private parking. Multiple beaches in the area. In front of the house, the historic “Lido dei Ciclopi” with swimming pool.
