A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Lake, Wi-Fi, email or cell phone Everything is within walking distance: 3 parks, restaurants, grocery stores, theaters, tram and night bus in front of the door, bus stop 300 m,

Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the city center of Berlin's Spandau district. Located in the middle of meadows, fields and forests, here you can enjoy peace and quiet and relaxation surrounded by our sheep, llamas, donkeys and cats.
