Gable townhouse near the sea with a sunny patio!

Newly renovated townhouse in Western Frölunda, Åkered with, among other things, walking distance to family friendly swimming area, Näsets SK and grocery store. A perfect accommodation for those who want to be close to both sun and bath as well as city pulse in central Gothenburg. The house was renovated in 2021 and in addition to social areas indoors there is private patio with barbecues, which also swims in sun from lunch to night! Good connections into Frölunda Torg and from there on to central Gothenburg. Free parking in the area.

Big house with pool, jacuzzi, close to the sea

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

The house on the hill

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.

A spacious living room features a soft beige sofa adorned with decorative cushions. A center coffee table sits on a geometric-patterned rug, surrounded by a bookshelf and an armchair. Natural light filters through sheer drapes, creating a bright and welcoming ambiance.

Lovely chain house (gable) in quiet and child-friendly area. The nearest swimming area, Rörvik, is at 10 min walking distance with proximity to many more swimming coves such as Nästebadet, Smithska cape, Möttvik and Ganletbadet. There is a grocery store, mini golf, playground & pizzeria in the area. Central Gothenburg can be reached by bus in about 25 minutes (10 km). Landvetter airport with car approx. 30 min (24 km).

Adorable home by Slottsskogen (No parties)

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

The exterior of the house is adorned with vibrant rose bushes and yellow flowers, creating a welcoming entrance. A stone pathway leads to the main entrance, framed by large windows that allow natural light to filter in.
