Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

Lontano da traffico e rumore. Bilocale di 35 mq nuovo e dotato di ogni comfort, immerso nel verde a 1 km. dal centro e circa 2 dalla spiaggia di Naregno, non troppo affollata ma ricca di servizi. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare l'Isola. Parcheggio coperto dentro la proprietà, ingresso indipendente, giardino recintato di 50 mq arredato con lettini, tavolo e sedie, barbecue. Lavanderia esterna. TV, condizionatore, riscaldamento a pavimento, wifi, lavastoviglie, microonde. Animali benvenuti.

The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Dall'inverno all'estate non ci si stanca mai di stare seduti sul balcone ad ammirare il mare: le barche che entrano in porto o che partono per il loro viaggio, le persone, i turisti, i pescatori.. dopo qualche giorno anche voi avrete imparato a riconoscerli e vi faranno compagnia nella vostra vacanza
