Ideally located, this villa of more than 90 m2, single storey, for 6 people with garden and patio, is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city center, shops and restaurants. The cathedral, Les Halles and Les Grands Buffets are 10 minutes away. You can also enjoy the Campane massif within walking distance which offers a whole bunch of hiking trails, for nice walks. Beaches are only a 15 minute drive away.

Comfortable 150 m² air-conditioned house with pool. The house is 4 km from Narbonne, (10 minutes from Grands Buffets by car), 6 km from Narbonne train station and 15 km from the sea. You will have a pleasant stay in a quiet and comfortable environment.
