Ground floor apartment, on a quiet street in the center of the village. Free parking 200 m away. Village located halfway between Narbonne and Carcassonne. Grocery store (bread depot), restaurant. 60 m² accommodation has a living room with non-convertible sofa and TNT TV area, a double bed bedroom, kitchen (dishwasher). Bathroom with shower, toilet, dressing room. Baby bed and folding bed for 1 person possible. We live on the first floor of this house. Pets not allowed. Bike or motorcycle storage.

Charming marina on the edge of a pond (near the sea)

This marina located on the island of fishermen on a peninsula offers a relaxing stay close to ponds and the sea for all the family. It is a 15-minute walk to the sea. In summer, the water area is superb. The weight room and relaxation area (sauna/hammam) are accessible with a magnetic card. At Christmas, a magical village will delight young and old! Ideal for sports enthusiasts as well as for a nature break, the accommodation is located near the greenway, the Orb River and the canoe kayak base, in the heart of the magnificent Réals site. Comfortable new 20 m2 studio, adjoining our house, with its own private entrance as well as garden and terrace, it is composed of a well-equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, double bed 140 x 200, TV, and dining area. Many shops are nearby.

Studio Cabane, in the middle of the fields, not overlooked and quiet, is an ideal place to discover the department, enjoy the sea but also the mountains or the hinterland. Its location is conducive to walks (bike rides), discovering the wine terroirs, architectural or cultural heritage. On site you can relax: swimming pool, pétanque, volleyball... Comfortable and well equipped 2 bedroom house in the south of France. Located in the beautiful wine area of St Laurent de la Caberisse, close to local amenities and adjacent to vineyards and a beautiful river with swimming places.
