Our house consist of 3 levels. In the Ground floor there is a living and dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a sofa bed. In the First floor (which is seperated by 5 stairs from the Ground floor) there is 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom. Finally in the Lower floor (which is seperated by 5 stairs from the Ground floor) there is 1 more bedroom with en suite bathroom. Our apartment can offer you a luxurious and calm way to spend your vacation with your friends or family, while being 10 minutes aways from one of the most beautiful spots in Greece. Nisides Villa Naoussa is located 600 m away from the center of Naoussa, the most famous place of Paros. Despite the fact that our villa is very close to Naoussa it has the necesary privacy and it is in a very quiet position. The private swimming pool between our bedrooms and living room, gives more privacy to our guests. New-built property provide all the conveniences as it has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a spacious living and dining area and 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms.

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!
