Beautiful house/loft with hot tub.

Ideally located in a quiet area and all shops and transport are at the foot of the house. An industrial building completely renovated in 2016 with taste and love. 15 minutes' drive from the airport and train station, 12/15 minutes from the city center and 25/30 from the island of Nantes (the machines of the island etc.) by transport (free on weekends!!!). Guests will enjoy the roof top terrace (barbecue and relaxation) as well as the Jacuzzi (5/6 people). Linens and towels will be provided for traveling light.

Come and enjoy this accommodation in the center of Nantes, quiet , in a rural setting . The house is surrounded by a charming garden overlooking the clear and spacious living room . A master suite on the ground floor also overlooks the garden and an upstairs bedroom with its own bathroom allow a comfortable stay for 4 people. Our house is close to quality shops, bakeries, en primeurs , organic grocery store, restaurants and cafes .
