Detached, modern, light and airy house, great for summer or winter. 15 min walk to Porthtowan's lovely Blue Flag beach and village amenities. 10 mins to coast path. 2 bedrooms with king size beds and smaller room with bunkbed. Open plan living room with logburner for cosy winter nights. Choice of outdoor seating areas, convenient hot outdoor shower, big, lockable room for bikes/boards with pool table and dart board. Ample parking. Local birdlife includes chough, peregrine, fulmar. Sorry no pets.

The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Portreath is a village on the north coast of Cornwall. Portreath is three miles NWof Redruth and has a harbour and is a Sandy beach cove. Portreath has several pubs that serve tasty food and local drinks. There is a bakery, corner shop, several take always and a few cosy cafes too that serve drinks, cakes and light lunches. Dogs allowed on beach most of year but between 1st July and 30th August can only go on there b4 10am and after 6pm. This is NOT a disability friendly accommodation
