We renovated a 124 ㎡ house (two-story) in a quiet residential area.There is a grand piano in the living room, and you can play it freely.The Japanese-style room on the first floor can be used as a tea room with tea utensils.If you wish, you can have an authentic tea ceremony experience with a tea ceremony instructor living in Hakodate.We also rent yukatas. The living room and the three Japanese-style rooms are also spacious.It has Wi-Fi, a workspace on the 2nd floor, and is suitable for workation.It is standard for 4 people, but please inquire if you wish to accommodate more than 5 people, such as family members. Well-equipped for a long stay, including the kitchen, washer and dryer, and iron.There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, fresh fish shops where you can order sashimi, as well as plenty of liquor and Hokkaido delicacies.The central pier is about an 8-minute walk away, and you can see the mountains surrounding Hakodate Harbor such as Mt. Hakodate, and the walking time is the best.Enjoy your trip to Hakodate like you live there. The location is almost halfway between JR Hakodate Station and Goryokaku Park, 20 minutes by car from Hakodate Airport, and 8 minutes by car from JR Hakodate Station.You can also use the bus.

This is a renovated 1-story Japanese house (3LDK), perfect for families. It features a spacious living area, two tatami rooms, and a Western-style room with a desk and sofa. Best for 4 people, but up to 6 can stay comfortably. Major spots like Mt. Hakodate, Motomachi, and the Bay Area are just 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot. Hakodate Station is 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by tram. I hope it’s a place where you can rest with your loved ones and make great memories.
