It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, & families. Pets also welcome (£20 fee)!

Inverwick Cottage is newly refurbished and ideally situated in the west end of Nairn being only 2 minutes walk from the beach, with sea views. Nairn offers wonderful beaches and a wide range of attractions including championship golf courses, a marina, swimming pool, spa, tennis courts and an art gallery. Amenities like supermarkets, banks, cafes and restaurants are all within a short walk. The cottage is 15 minutes drive from Inverness airport and provides a great base to explore the Highlands.

Original features include a huge 18th century stone fireplace and slate floors, alongside modern comforts such as a wood burning stove, open plan kitchen, shower room and king size bed (+travel cot on request). A fantastic base to discover beautiful walks and Highland landmarks; Strathpeffer village 1 mile, Inverness 18 miles, Route 500 2 miles.

Shandwick is one of three small coastal communities that along with Balintore and Hilton that make up the seaboard villages. Logs: we provide a bag of logs for each stay per week.If you require extra logs, I can provide contact details of logs providers locally. Well behaved (not too large) dogs also welcome.
