This private entrance basement apartment is within a 1/2 mile to several beautiful Beverly beaches. Downtown Beverly is about a 10 to 15 minute pleasant walk. It offers great restaurants and cafes. Live entertainment is happening almost nightly at the Larcom and Cabot theaters. Endicott College is 1 mile away. Downtown Salem is about a ten minute drive from here. The train to Boston, Salem, or Rockport is about a mile away. Plenty of safe street parking is available in front of my house.

The Annex is the walk-in cellar apartment of a private home, with neighboring houses close-by. It has its own entrance, with a cemented patio which is part of the seawall. My daughter and I share the house, so it is owner-occupied...along with her dog, Luigi. Although there isn't a stove in the unit, there is a neighborhood restaurant. We are located 30 minutes from Boston. Off street parking is available for one car only. Prices are based on 2 guests. Minimum stay is four nights.

Very close walking distance to all Marblehead has to offer, including Devereaux Beach, Seaside Park, historical sites, galleries, multiple restaurants, and shops. Ten minute drive to downtown Salem. This suite is separate from the main house. When my granddaughters stayed over night, they called it their apartment.
