Newly built tiny house in beautiful Gustavsvik, Nacka. Close to nature and walking distance to several beaches. Travel time to Stockholm C about 45 min by bus or 20 min by car. The house is located on the same property as the landlord's villa but secluded with its own plot incl. terrace, lawn and private entrance with car parking. The house is well equipped with, among other things, floor heating in all rooms, fully tiled bathroom, spacious kitchen with room for guests. There are 4 sleeping places with a double bed and double sofa bed. Plenty of storage spaces.

Welcome to stay in this newly built guesthouse with proximity to the sea, sandy beach, restaurants & nice walking paths. Only 30 minutes from Stockholm City. The house is located on a hillside overlooking the lush garden. In the house there is 1 double bed, small table with chairs, TV, fridge, coffee maker & toilet with sink, but no shower. Shower and washing machine are available in the main house in the basement with private entrance if desired. Baby cot if needed. Bed linens, towels & cleaning included.
