The recently completed apartment has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, dining and balcony. One bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, the second one has a bed measuring 140 x 200 cm, and in the third bedroom there are two bunk beds that can be placed next to each other, each bed measuring 90 x 200 cm. The apartment is centrally located, the train station is a 3-minute walk away, two supermarkets, bakers and butchers are also accessible by short distances.

Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Our apartment in the Upper Palatinate Forest is on the farm. It has 40 sqm and is furnished for 2 people. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Beds are made. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, TV. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, shower and towels. Free Wi-Fi Terrace with barbecue Parking spot outside the house.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

We offer a stylish old house in the country full of character. You will have a view over green hills in the middle of Bavaria. It is a free standing house with garden, 250 m removed from the little village. Our dream home is situated in Tauchersdorf, close to Nabburg.
