This great 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo located in Seawatch Resort has 7 pools, 10 hot tubs and 2 lazy rivers. Up to 6 may be accommodated in this unit that has 2 king size beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom and living area has its own TV and ceiling fan. The fully stocked kitchen has it all. No motorcycles permitted on property May 1-August 31. There are no kitchen condiments, chopsticks or beach towels available. There's also the convenience of in unit washer/dryer and Wi-Fi.

HOA is replacing hallway carpet (outside the condo) a couple of floors at a time (Top floor to bottom) and will be painting balcony rails sometime during the time frame. Painting takes a day to dry. We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.
