Welcome to our apartment – 'Your vacation base.' Since August 2023, our doors have been open to guests from all over the world. The apartment is fully equipped, ideal for couples, families (up to 2 young children), and friends to enjoy nature (with plenty of hiking trails) and the city. We are located in the center of the village of Natters, from where you can quickly and easily reach the surrounding mountains, the city of Innsbruck (7 km/4.3 miles away), and local amenities (bakery, supermarket).

A bright bedroom features large windows with sheer orange curtains, allowing natural light to fill the space. The king-sized bed is adorned with a patterned duvet, complemented by neatly arranged towels. A small table is visible, decorated with a vase of flowers and a view of trees and mountains beyond.

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

A dining table set for two presents a view of the expansive mountains through large glass doors. The scene is complemented by natural light illuminating the space, while a terrace with wooden flooring extends beyond, framed by greenery.

Vacation cottage on the organic farm

You can now book our newly built vacation home at the organic farm. The bakery is just around the corner and in just a few minutes to the valley station of the Muttereralm. The connection to public transport is very good, so nothing stands in the way of a journey without a car. Since the accommodation is located on our farm, there is the possibility to help with the stable work and, if desired, to taste the products.
