Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Nearby are the centuries-old olive grove of S'Ortu Mannu, the caves of S. Giovanni in Domusnovas, where you can go hiking, the beautiful coast of Nebida, and the city of Iglesias. The island of S. Antioco and the boarding area for Carloforte are about a half-hour drive away. Great location for mining tourism routes.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
