Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location on the edge of the "Höllbachtal" nature reserve, between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. Here you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about a 3-minute walk away.

Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. Welcome to my charming old town house in the middle of Amberg's historic old town. The house is 60 square meters spread over 2 floors. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The city center, the nearest supermarket and the train station can be reached in 5 minutes by foot.

The vacation home is located in Winklarn, a small town, home to a baker, butcher and pastry chef. The next largest city of Oberviechtach with all shopping is only 6 km away. It is at ground level, barrier-free, surrounded by a large garden. It is heated with electricity and a fireplace/wood. Hot water is prepared by a water heater.
