The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Hello, in the Bavarian Swabian Edenhausen. The house is located on the outskirts surrounded by forests and meadows. The apartment is housed in a completely newly renovated former farmhouse, which we have designed with a lot of love and passion. Facilities: decentralized ventilation, free Wi-Fi, and smart TV. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes and dish towels. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The beds are made when you arrive.

The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
