The rental includes the main room, an adjoining bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a mezzanine with 2 mattresses placed on tatami mats. The restoration was carried out with eco-friendly materials... and with a lot of care and love! You have access to the garden at your leisure!

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

Our site with direct access to the Rhine River and near the city of Basel is open annually from March to November and has a lot to offer! In the heart of the canton of Jura, in Switzerland, the hamlet of Séprais stands there, in a green setting, in the countryside. At the end of this street of about twenty village farms is a duplex attic, called LA BORBIATTE. Séprais has no bakery, no grocery store, no restaurant but you will find all this in Boécourt (2.5 km, 25 minutes' walk).
