Lots of walks, bike trails and trips around. In our accommodation, we offer everything we would appreciate ourselves. We try to do everything for your satisfaction. Enjoy Budějce on foot or by bike! The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes walk from the main square. However, if you want to enjoy the accommodation, you are in the right place! You can make a fire, grill a steak, take a sauna, cool off in a pond or watch a movie on a screen with quality sound (you need to bring your own laptop)! A trip to the UNESCO castle - Hluboká nad Vltavou is 45 minutes by bike along the Vltava River. Unser Hof befindet sich am höchsten Punkt der Gemeinde Hörbich, dadurch können wir den Blick in drei Himmelsrichtungen bis zum Horizont genießen. Der Vierseithof besteht schon seit dem Jahre 1657, wurde mehrmals renoviert und befindet sich derzeit in gutem und sauberen Zustand (Stil: 70er Jahre), sehr historisch Er unterteilt sich in zwei Wohnhäuser mit jeweils eigenen Haustüren. Der erste Stock eines der Wohnhäuser wird für airbnb genutzt (135 m²). Kurtaxe ist bei der Gastgeberin zu bezahlen.

Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Es gibt einen Autoabstellplatz und eigenen Zugang. OÖ Tourismusgesetz 2018: Die Ortstaxe in OÖ beträgt ab 01.12.23 einheitlich 2,40 Euro pro Nacht und Person. Befreiungen von der Ortstaxe: Personen unter 15 Jahren. Diese ist in bar oder über Airbnb extra zu zahlen.

Chata u chameleona nabízí ubytování na břehu rybníka, s prostornou terasou s grilem, bazénem, vířivkou a s cedrovou infrasaunou s výhledem na rybník a večer s posezením u krbu... Můžete se romanticky projet po rybníku na loďce, nebo si zahrát pingpong :-) Kdo si chce užít přírodu na maximum, může se koupat přímo v rybníku s písečným vstupem. Večer doporučujeme romanticky pozorovat při grilování na rybníku radky, kachny, labutě a možná i ledňáčky... .-)

Cozy tiny house in the countryside with 2000m2 garden for 1 to 4 people: 24m2 ground floor with a beautiful seating area and a wood stove + 24m2 attic with a sloping ceiling with 4 mattress beds including duvets, cushions, bed linen, hand and bath towels. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen are in the main house right next door.

The cottage is located directly below the highest mountain of the Blanský Forest – Kletí – and a walk will take you to the romantic ruins of Dívčí kámen. Ideal for lovers of nature, excursions and the quiet countryside.

Our Gästestöckl is located in a dreamlike and quiet location on the Pöstlingberg in Linz. It is a small one-room apartment with its own garden area with terrace only for the guest room. The stop "Einschnitt" of the mountain railway line 50 is only a few meters away and takes you directly to the Linz Hauptplatz. There is also a private car park.
