Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

The house has been completely renovated and gutted in 2024 and has air conditioning for summer and winter Since we have 2 children ourselves and live in the second apartment, we make sure that your children are thought of. The apartment has its own separate entrance via an external staircase. Capacity: 4 adults plus 1 child

Close to the city center, in the immediate vicinity of the Schlossteich and the oldest part of our city, our individual and modern apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. Our photo studio is on the ground floor, so if desired, we are almost always nearby.
