Apartamento Carmen II "Ferrol"

Spectacular duplex in a fully renovated 18th century stately building located in the heart of the central Magdalena neighborhood. The apartment preserves the original wooden beams and the magnificent wooden galleries -emblema of the city- from which you can enjoy as a "floating garden" the Canton of Molíns, a fabulous alameda full of magnolias and other pioneering species in Galicia. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed, and an abuhardillada with two twin beds. It also has two fully equipped bathrooms with shower dishes; full kitchen with appliances and kitchenware and open-concept living room with TV and WiFi. A very special accommodation, from which to enjoy the city and the charms of the modernist footprint. IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!! This home has radiator heating enabled from November to April. By calling for responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months oscillate between 6º and 15º C, we will have heating available in two time slots: one morning and the other afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature that oscillates between 18º and 20º C. The maximum ignition time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours a day, depending on the weather. Guests can choose their operating hours based on their living habits. It is important to understand that heating a home like ours (150 sq. meters) is not the same as heating a smaller hotel room type stay (15 sq. meters).
