The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Both bedrooms have 55-inch (1.40 m) beds with Emma One mattresses. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a high-quality Nobilia kitchen. In the living room, she has a 75-inch TV.

The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. The 120 m² vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 separate floors, each with a bedroom and living area and a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find bedroom 1 with bathroom 1 and the sauna, which is exclusively for your use. On the 2nd floor you will find bedroom 2 and bathroom 2 (see photo tour). On the ground floor, a farmer's kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely, a terrace invites you to relax.

In the middle of vineyards lies the Albanus house at the foot of the Schweigenberg, a southern slope in the Saale/ Unstrut. It was built in 1906 from a simple one that had existed since 1804 vineyard house to a so-called "Swiss house" with large slate roof and pergola. The special feature is the view in all directions of the Cultural landscape of the Unstrut Valley: to Neuenburg Castle, to the Unstrut, to the Zscheiplitz Monastery or across the fields.
