Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

A serene outdoor area is surrounded by lush greenery and flowering plants, with a mixture of stone paths and a gravel surface. A set of three metal chairs is arranged in a circular layout, inviting relaxation. The historic stone structure blends harmoniously into the tranquil landscape.

Villa Kameneo -Stonehouse with garden & pool

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.

A serene outdoor space features a private pool surrounded by lounge chairs. The stone house, with green shutters, stands in the background, complemented by a shaded dining area under a pergola. Lush trees provide a natural touch to the tranquil setting.
