At first glance, the Kobe-based Nishimura Group, an abandoned house renovation group, felt the potential of the place that had finished its role and set its sights on it. In August 2023, they opened an "art hotel where you can stay" based on the concept of "urban secret base". The total area is 93 m². The entire 3-story building has been renovated. * The hotel part is on the 2nd and 3rd floor & rooftop The second floor is a living space and the third floor is a separate bedroom, so it can be used by couples, families, and groups. The interior takes advantage of the texture of the concrete and is an open space with the ceiling removed. The stylish design, unimaginable from the old appearance, will stimulate your senses. Also equipped with an island kitchen using a huge single board. It is also ideal as a small event venue. The open rooftop space is particularly noteworthy. A three-story house located just north of Suidoji Shopping Street. There is a Nadachu Central Market and Ernardo Suji Shopping Street right nearby, where you can buy drinks, food, and more. ROKKONOMAD is located in the forest of Rokko Mountain. We recommend long-term stays at this facility, and long-term stays are more affordable. Parents can also work while their children are playing at the athletic facility (Glynia) on Mt. Rokko. The main building next door also operates as a shared office, and you can use the office and conference room separately (for a fee). Meals are made in the kitchen in the cottage. This loft house is a completely private rental. It can accommodate up to 14 guests. Of course, it will not be shared with other guests or staff. You can also have a BBQ at a great price (1,100 yen per person) in cooperation with the nearby Inari Chaya BBQ Plaza. (Charcoal, stove, tongs included) We can pick you up and drop you off at Motomachi Station and the Municipal Subway Kenchomae Station (Sannomiya Station is also available at check-out). The rooms are 2 Western-style rooms, a Japanese-style room, 2 loft rooms, a large living room, a kitchen, and a bath with an indoor bath and an open-air bath. There are 2 indoor toilets and 1 outdoor bath. There is also a free washing machine and dryer. Supported languages are Japanese, English, Chinese, and Taiwanese. We can accommodate up to 3 pets. Only small dogs are allowed indoors for 3,000 yen per dog.

The guest house located at an elevation of about 2500ft in Rokko area of Seto Inland Sea National Park. Unfortunately, there is no veiw from the guest house, but you can enjoy the private space as it is reserved for one building. Mount Rokkō is cooler (about -40°Ｆ) than the city because of the altitude. English speaking staff will be available for foreigner guests. If you have any questions, please contact us. The nearest subway station is Higashimikuni which is on one of major subway line in Osaka. It's easy to access lots of popular and famous places!
