Has a fishing dam closeby. Sits below Mt. Edinburgh Castle. The property is part of the ancient Gondwana rain forest. From Woodenbong, take Glennie Street, becomes Boomi Creek Road, keep on the sealed road at the Brumby Creek turn. Travel a further approx 6km. Our place is not suited to young children. Restored 90 year old farm building separate from house overlooking the McPherson Ranges and Mount Barney on a 17 acre farm block with animals. Great place to stay if you are walking Mt Barney, Mt May or Mt Maroon - 40 mins drive north. The cottage can accommodate 3 people using a queen bed and a trundle bed (extra $15/night). The cottage runs on solar power (off the grid); gas cooktop; gas hot water; septic toilet; tank water and wood heater. Dean's shed is overflowing with stories and harness.
