No exterior tem piscina, 2 terraços, um especialmente pensado para refeições, com 60 m2 e outro 35m2 com vista piscina. Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.
