This unique home is decorated in a rustic style with a large patio and courtyard overlooking Motovun and the valley, as well as an indoor fireplace. Two beautiful bedrooms with a view and two bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, free wifi , a smart tv with a satellite dishwasher of two air conditioners, an outdoor grill and a fire pit. We're only 20 minutes away from the sea and the beach. The nearby beautiful old towns of Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj are 5-15 minutes away and the 7 waterfall trail is 15min away.

An open-plan studio features a spacious bed on a platform, draped with a light fabric canopy. A small dining table with colorful placemats is positioned near a large glass door, which leads to the garden, allowing natural light to fill the room.

Stone house studio with herb garden (A/C)

Our cosy, air-conditioned 4-star studio in an Istrian stone house with sea views is for individualists. Divided into two studio apartments (the top used by host), it's in a small settlement on the Ucka mountain. Guests treasure the idyllic herb garden with its many magical places to sit. The studio has its own private garden, but guests may use all outdoor spaces. Tip: Avoid the crowds. Come in May/June. All prices include tourist taxes and final cleaning. Note: we are strictly non-smoking.

The apartment is located in a historical house, we have tried to preserve the unique charm of a stone Croatian house, although the whole interior and equipment is ultra modern. 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and fiber optic internet. About our kitchen: we have put a lot of effort into it, restoring all the stone elements. There is a cozy patio with a roof of grapes and an ancient well. It is a 5 minute walk down the steps to the beach.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. Brand new apartment, first row to the sea in the small fishing village of Plomin Luka. It is located on the first floor. It consists: kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace with an stunning sea view. The apartment has its own parking space located next to the entrance of the building. The first beach, popularly called Copacabana, is only 200 m away.
